1. Punctuality

Clients should arrive on time for their appointments to avoid delays in the schedule. Salon staff should also be punctual so that clients are not kept waiting.

2. Courtesy and respect

Clients and staff should always treat each other politely and respectfully. This also includes respecting privacy and confidentiality.

3. Communication

Clear communication is essential. Clients should openly express their expectations and wishes, and salon staff should take the time to listen and ask questions to make sure they understand the client's needs.

4. Hygiene and cleanliness

Cleanliness is essential in a salon. Clients and staff should pay attention to personal hygiene. Work surfaces, tools and products should be clean and sterilised.

5. Mobile phones and distractions

Mobile phones should be set to silent or switched off during treatments to avoid distractions. This applies to clients and staff alike.
